A: We are located in City of Paramount, CA. It is 10 miles east from Los Angeles Downtown.
Q: Can we visit your warehouse?
A: Yes, you can stop by our warehouse and place/pick up your order.
Please make sure you have a copy of valid Seller's Permit.
Q: Do we require to visit your warehouse?
A: Not necessary, however we suggest you to call us and let us know you are visiting on particular date and time.

Q: Do you require a Seller's Permit?
A: Yes, a valid Seller's Permit is required (No Exceptions).
Q: Do you have an age restriction?
A: Yes, you must be at least 18 or older to visit our website, place orders, and receive our products.
Q: I don't possess a business license, can I still purchase from your website?
A: No, we only sell our products to businesses with a valid Seller's Permit. We do not sell our products to individuals.

Q: Do we require to create an account to visit your website?
A: Yes, log in is required to view our products and place orders. If you don't have an account please create an account first and wait for our approval message for access.
Q: Do we need your approval once we create an account?
A: Yes, once we receive your information ( after you register) we will validate if you are a retailer with valid seller's permit and approve for access.
Q: Why you have access restriction on the website?
A: We want to make sure only retailers (business) get the access to our products. We do not sale to individuals.

Q: Is there a minimum purchase?
A: Yes, our minimum purchase requirement is $75.
Q: Website has a wholesale or retail prices?
A: All Prices are wholesale in website. We do not retail.
Q: Can you help me figure out what I need?
A: Yes, we can definitely help you choose the right product for your needs. Please contact us for support.
Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Q: Is it possible for me to get free shipping on my orders?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping if your order is equal to or greater than a total of $300, you reside in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Remember, any orders with discounted rate for items will not qualify for Free Shipping.
Q: What carrier is used to deliver my orders?
A: Our main carrier is UPS Ground, however we can offer other carriers and services as per your request (in addition to possible extra costs).
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
A: Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to ship your order.
Q: How do I qualify for a return or exchange?
A: We accept returns and exchanges if your products are damaged or different from what you ordered. You may return unused or undamaged product in their original packaging within 14 business days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
For damaged products, please send us a picture proof through e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Q: Do you offer NET TERMS?
A: Yes, we offer NET TERMS ( NET 30 only ) with following conditions.
- You have to place an order at least 3 times before qualifying for NET TERMS.
- Email us a credit reference form
- We make final decision if you qualify for the terms
NOTE: If you fail to pay NET TERMS payment on time, Your terms cancels automatically from next order.
Q: Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not accept cash on delivery under any conditions.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: It usually takes 3-4 business days to fully refund your product.
Q: How will the transaction appear on my account?
A: The bank/credit card billing statement will say that you were charged by The BNB Crafts Inc.
