Returns & Exchange
Returns are only accepted of purchaser received different product than the order placed or products are damaged.
Buyer are required to notify about damage/ missing products with in a week from the date of delivery. Unless notified, delivered
products are deemed to be found satisfactory after a week of delivered date.
Refund or Exchange method
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the notification of damage or missing product, we will ship replacement with free shipping, adjusted in the next order
or payment will be refunded immediately.
For return shipments we will provide the return label.
It may take up to 3-5 business days to show refunded amount in your credit card. Please, provide us at least a week to
deliver your refunded check by mail.
We may request for pictures or return of damage products, if required for credit.
