Returns are only accepted if the purchaser received a different product than the order placed or if the products are damaged.
Buyers are required to notify about damaged/missing products within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery. Unless notified, delivered products are deemed to be found satisfactory after 2 weeks (14 days) of delivered date.
Refund or Exchange Method
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the notification of damage or missing product, we will ship the replacement with free shipping, adjusted in the next order or the payment will be refunded immediately.
For returned shipments, we will provide the return label.
It may take up to 3-4 business days to show the refunded amount in your credit card. Please provide us at least a week to
deliver your refunded check by mail.
We may request for pictures for the return of damaged products, if required for credit.
We are not responsible if the damage of items is caused by buyer's mishandling.
